You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass others, distribute malware, or engage in any illegal activity. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Diamonds & Virtual Currency

Diamonds are virtual in-platform currency with no real monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money. Axel AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the diamond system at any time. Diamond transfers are subject to a 5% service fee.

5. Subscriptions

Premium and Gold subscriptions provide access to additional features. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with advance notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Axel AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
